Why doesn't program work that I receive on the CD ROM? The CD you have received contains only TRIAL version of our software product, the same files that can be downloaded from our web site. The CD is an add-on at the cost of $12.95 USD for those who would like a copy of the program on CD to negate the need for future downloads due to reformatting your computer for example. Please be aware the CD contains TRIAL version of Start Menu Tweak.This trial version is activated into fully functional version when you enter the license information.
