2, including St. Cloud real estate agencies, pleads guilty in mortgage fraud case

St. PAUL A St. Cloud real estate agents and Maple Grove real estate appraiser has pleaded guilty to involvement in the scheme of $ 1.8 million mortgage fraud involving property 28.

Ryan Daryl Krutzig, 31, of Maple Grove pleaded guilty Thursday while Jesse Scott Hoffman, 32, from St. Cloud plead guilty on September 15.

Krutzig pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud. Krutzig is owned and operated our assessment management in Maple Grove.

In its plea Agreement, he admitted that from March to June 2006 he conspired with others to carry out fraudulent mortgages.

Phoenix Realty purchased Long Beach apartment complex

New York investment firm Phoenix Realty Group purchased Long Beach apartment complex months for $ 34.5 million, the latest in a series of acquisitions of targeting residential properties in Southern California.

A wonderful evening at the Garden’s recent Huffington Post
